FCK Innovations Ltd. is proud to launch it's first pilot private clinic in Galway. This private clinic is designed to provide urgent mental health consultations to those who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties and have not engaged in any self harm. We are able to provide support and treatment with appropriate follow ups as needed.

Mental health is no longer a silent crisis—it is a National Emergency. Too many are left waiting, struggling alone, or seeking help in overcrowded emergency departments and attending to local GPs who are unable to provide the level of care needed in Mental Health Service. GPs don't have the time and experience needed for Mental Health Consultations.
Ideal interim private service for those who are under the care of Public Mental Health Specialist Service. We understand that appointments are a struggle to come across with Public Services. We are happy to provide support to Public Mental Health Service Users in interim and communicate with the Specialist Community Mental Health Teams.
✓ Rapid access to Registered Medical Practitioner with Clinical Experience of over 10 years in Mental Health.
✓ Immediate support for Mental Health concerns and difficulties.
✓ Private, Professional, Calm environments (no A&E wait times).
✓ Crisis assessments (Initial assessments of mental health concerns), Mental Health Interventions, Therapeutic input, Supportive Counselling, Care Planning, Safety Plans, Formulations, Referrals to Specialist Mental Health Services and Emergency Services if needed.
✓ Medication review and collaborative discussions of management options. Treatments and Prescriptions. Follow Ups.
✓ A coordination between GPs, Specialist Mental Health Services, and Emergency Services.
✓ Specialist Community Mental Health Team Service Users are welcome to attend for support. Dr. Faraz Khan is well known in Community Mental Health Sectors.
All consultations include prescription, follow up phone call, letter to GP for update and continuity of care, referral if indicated to Specialist Mental Health Services or Emergency Services, Urgent Client Care plan and Safety Plan if needed. Recommendations and resources are provided as needed.
This clinic is not a GP Service or Specialist Psychiatric Service. We coordinate between them and provide immediate access with medical/therapeutic interventions and support.
For Service Users of Public Specialist Mental Health Service, with consent we will send correspondence to Specialist Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) directly to keep them up to date for continuity of care.

One Hour Consultation at Home In City: €150
One hour Consultation at Home out of City: €175
Half hour Phone Consultation: €50
Additional Urgent Prescription: €25
This service provides urgent mental health assessment and support/treatment, not emergency care. PEOPLE WHO HAVE ENGAGED IN SELF HARM OR HAVE INTENT OF HARMING THEMSELVES WITH A PLAN TO END LIFE, ARE ADVISED TO ATTEND EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY CALL 112 OR 999.
